I'm fortunate enough to live in the lovely county of Buckinghamshire, nestled in the Chiltern Hills, UK - an area of Outstanding Natural beauty. I’m a working mum with two young children and enjoy having the opportunity to juggle the things I love to do. I’ve always wanted my work and life to reflect who I am as a person. Coaching has made this possible.
My rich and varied background is in coaching, training (personal development), media and running a small business. It took me a while to decided what I wanted to do in life, so I did lots of window shopping! I'm very creative and for a number of years I worked at the BBC, then the National Film and Television School. My degrees in English Literature and Modern Drama Studies reflect my love of language and storytelling. We all have a unique story to tell. I'd love to hear yours!
My passion for learning means I am always attracted to new ideas, situations and challenges. I'm an eternal student, constantly learning new things and committed to my continuing professional development. This enriches my coaching skills and benefit my clients. I've had a life-long interest in personal development, and curiosity about the deeper questions in life. I fully indulge this passion!
In my spare time I enjoy walking, reading, yoga, watching films and swimming in the spring fed outdoor pool in Chesham. Over the years I've travelled to many countries around the world including Greece, Canada, Spain Morocco. My coaching practise is international and reflects my interest in different cultures.
My Vision
It's my belief that each of us has our own special talents and a unique mission to fulfil during our lifetime. However this kind of knowing can take some time, effort and commitment to develop. This is information you won't find on Google! Life is busy and there are many demands which take away energy and focus from what's really important. The process of life coaching offers clients the tools to stay on track. As a coach I have the honour of walking with clients on this exciting and very personal journey.
