     Sheena King - Life Coach
"Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life."
(Annonymous)

I’m fortunate enough to live in the lovely county of Buckinghamshire, nestled in the Chiltern Hills, in an area of Outstanding Natural beauty.  I’m a working mum and enjoy having the opportunity to juggle the things I love to do.  I’ve always wanted my work and life to reflect who I am as a person.  Coaching has made this possible.
My rich and varied background is in coaching, training (personal development), creative media and running a small business.   I'm very creative and for a number of years I worked at the BBC, then the National Film and Television School.  I’m still involved in filmmaking and research, script and shoot travel documentaries.  These feature places of beauty and interest, with lots of quirky stories attached to them.  This reflects my love of language and storytelling.  We all have a unique story to tell.
My passion for learning means I am always attracted to new ideas, situations and challenges.  I am constantly reading and researching new ideas, techniques and books which enrich my coaching skills and benefit my clients.  I've had a life-long interest in personal development, and curiosity about the deeper questions in life.  I am now fully able to indulge in this passion!
When Life coaching I am able to draw upon all the experiences, skills and insights I have gathered over the years.

What's your story? Transforming your vision into reality
Often we know we want things to be different, but can't put our finger on what needs to change or why or how.......   Sometimes our lives change in a way we didn't expect and it can be a challenge to adjust ourselves to a new reality.
Coaching is a powerful way to develop an internal compass, which helps us navigate our own unique life journey and stay on course in a constantly changing world.  To support this process I offer clients a range of coaching programmes, which enable them to revitalise key areas of their lives, expand self knowledge and align their lives to their values.
I can also suggest tools to evaluate key strengths, team role preferences and many other useful personal development resources.  This helps clients focus on making the most of their talents, resources and create new opportunities in their lives.

  Working With Groups

I am a qualified trainer experienced in working with groups.  I am familiar with the different communication styles, learning preferences and group dynamics.  I am able to offer customised training courses and group coaching sessions.
I offer training courses in assertiveness, leadership, time-management, stress management and teambuilding.  These key areas can be integrated into to my coaching, if required.  I am also accredited to profile the Belbin® e-interplace® and Team Role Course.

"I enjoyed the way you made us all feel at ease from the start, even the shy ones and the course content was full of constructive and useful information which you passed on in an easy way for us to understand and use."
Richard, South Bucks
