Coaching Retreats

Coaching retreats are a way of experiencing life-coaching away from the pressures of your day to day world.   Enjoy being coached, whilst benefiting from the shared wisdom of a group in a supportive environment.

The format of each retreat is flexible tailored according to the needs of the client.  For example a group of carers might focus on themselves, life balance issues and enjoy some relaxation.  Those with children leaving home may wish to share their experiences, explore new possibilities and set some goals.  Small business owners might develop mission statements to integrate their values into the products, services and business choices they make.

Who Can Benefit?  Individuals, organisations and groups:
  • Experiencing life transitions/cycles of change
  • Wish to identify a life/company vision
  • Need some time for reflection and inspiration
  • Want to strengthen themselves as a team
  • Wish to boost energy levels
  • Want to develop strategies to achieve their goals

Prior to the weekend I invite you to do some preparation, so that you make the most of the time when you are at the retreat.  Some of the quens you may be able to answer by the end of the weekend are:

          • How can I discover what I want?
          • What are my options?
          • What is holding me back?
How do I stay positive and energised?

Structured sessions are combined with time  for reflection within this ideal environment. Some of the areas the retreats can cover include:

  • Life vision work
  • Life balance evaluation
  • Dealing with limiting beliefs
  • Self-supporting habits
  • Goal setting from the inside out

"Life is the movie you see through your own eyes. It makes little difference what's happening out there. It's how you take it that counts."
