How Does Coaching Work?
 
Coaching works through conversation, action and personal awakening.  It is delivered in different forms, for example on a one-to-one basis, group coaching or one off workshops or coaching retreats which have a specific theme.
 
One-to-one coaching is offered in 45 or 60 minute sessions, on a fortnightly or monthly basis either face to face or on the telephone.  Group coaching is an opportunity to benefit from the group wisdom, synergy and thrive in a supportive environment. 
 
I offer one-off creative workshops, which are an opportunity to explore your sense of life-purpose in a different way.  For example using art and craft materials to create a visual representation of your life in past, present and future.
 
Coaching retreats are an opportunity for groups to take time out for their normal environment, in order to simply rejuvenate themselves, work on specific goals and/or develop a strategy for moving forward.
 
I offer a range of coaching packages which can be adjusted to suit client needs. 
 
Value added services:
 
  • As part of your coaching package, you can call (during office hours) or email me in between our sessions.

 

  • I am a qualified trainer and lead workshops in personal development.  My portfolio of courses includes stress management, assertiveness and leadership.

 

  • I am accredited to interpret the Belbin® e-interplace® and Team Role profiling system results for assessing team skills.  I offer this service to clients.

Small Businesses

Coaching Retreats:
 I offer coaching retreats on Discovering & Living Your Life Purpose.  I can customise the themes, purpose and content according to the needs of the group. 
 
The day runs from 10:00 - 16:30 and is an opportunity to take time out, reflect on your life and enjoy a range of activities to explore and deepen your sense of purpose.   
 
There are approximately 10 people on each retreat.
 
 
Group Coaching:
 I offer customised group coaching programmes to businesses and/or their clients.  You decide what you want the focus and key topics to be, then I design the programme.  These programmes can be spread over a number of weeks to minimise the time commitment and this also allows clients the time to reflect and take action to move forward with their goals in between sessions.
 
Creative Workshops:   These are an opportunity to explore your life pupose through creativity.  Sometimes it can be difficult to think rationally about what we want to do in life, but by taking time to tap into our creativity inspiration and inner wisdom in the right environment we are often able to move forward.

Personal Foundation Coaching:   This programme runs over a 6 month period on an individual or group basis.  Just as a tree benefits from strong roots, as human beings we are able to achieve more in our lives by strengthening the foundations supporting our lives.  There are a number of coaching tools available to facilitate this process, which involve simplifying our lives,  building positive habits and resolving unfinished business.  So, that instead of being a leaky vessel stuck in the harbour we can set sail on our own unique and exciting life adventure.
