Handy Hint
In our busy lives it's important to find sustainable sources of energy.  Many people rely on caffeine, alcohol and adrenaline to keep going.   However, these are not so beneficial in the long term.
Examples of practices which generate sustainable sources of energy include: reading, meditation, music, walking in the woods, yoga and regular exercise.  Take some time to reflect on what appeals to you. Ideally these will be a mix of intellectual, spiritual and physical activities.
 "Clean Sweep Programme"
This is a fundamental programme which covers all areas of your life.  It's a great way of raising your energy levels.  It  includes:
1. Physical envoronment
2. Health & emotional balance
3. Money
4. Relationships
It's a really useful assessment tool.  Why not give it a go and if you'd like to know more about it or want to improve your score then give me a call.

"10 Delicious Daily Habits"
Think of up to 10 things that you would enjoy doing every day - like walking on the beach, listening to music or reading.  There's no room for "should" or "must".  These habits are purely for you and nobody else.  They don't have to take a long time, but they will help you feel taken care of.
Just to get you started here's a few of mine.
  • Taking vitams daily
  • 7 hours of sleep
  • Walking for 15 minutes daily
  • Putting on my make-up
If you can't think of 10 straight away, then don't worry.  It's better to do three every day that are really important to you, than taking on too many at once.
You can download the chart which you can colour in every day until it becomes a habit.

 "The Wheel of Life"
This is a useful way of assessing your satisfaction with the main areas of your life.  If your life is balanced the wheel will give you a smooth ride.  If not, your journey might be a little bit bumpy until you find your equilibrium!
Why not have ago and see where you are right now?
